TORAY International Quang Ngai Factory Phase 1 and Phase 2 (Vietnam)

TORAY International, Inc. (TI) is developing a single-story garment factory for their sewing operations in Quang Ngai, Vietnam. The factory aims to certified for LEED GOLD.

• Location: No. 9, Tu Do Boulevard, Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park, Tinh Tho Commune, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province, Vietnam.

Blue Snow is involved as LEED Commissioning Authority in the project. The Commissioning Authority (CxA) in LEED is responsible for ensuring that building systems are designed, installed, and function according to the owner’s requirements and the project design. They oversee the entire commissioning process, which includes verifying and documenting that the performance of facilities, systems, and assemblies meet defined objectives and criteria. The CxA works closely with the design and construction teams to review designs, inspect installations, and conduct performance testing to ensure the project achieves optimal energy efficiency, sustainability, and occupant comfort.
