MBSB Tower

The Malaysian Building Society Berhad (MBSB) Corporate is set to be located in PJ Sentral Garden City. The tower is designed to reduce the sun loading tremendously by minimizing the facade area on the west, using extended louvers along the facade on all floors and also double-glazed windows. The design also calls for wide open office spaces that allow comfortable viewings to the outdoors and plenty of daylight into the building.
