Ir. Gopal Narian Kutty

- Ir. Gopal Narian Kutty is a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia. He has more than 30 years of working experience with the Public Works Department of Malaysia in various fields and has vast expertise in building services, Energy Efficiency & Conservation, Sustainability Development and Project management.
- He held many important posts in the government, he was the senior director of the Mechanical Engineering branch of PWD Malaysia, director of Environment and Energy Efficiency branch and he was also the National Project Director for the Building Sector Energy Efficiency Project (BSEEP) which was supported by UNDP and funded by Global Environment Facility (GEF) to reduce annual growth rate of greenhouse gas emission from building sector in Malaysia.
- He is well versed with green product procurement and green rating tools used for building green certification and has directly involved in many iconic government buildings from project inception to building green certification.
- Gopal Narian Kutty is also a Certified Lead Auditor( ISO 9001), Registered Electrical Energy Manager(REEM), Certified Energy Manager(CEM), ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer(ACPE), Fellow of Institution of Engineers Malaysia(FIEM) and a Honorary Fellow of ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisation(AFEO)
