Located in one of the busiest hubs in Kuala Lumpur, the new 348 Sentral development will be the latest addition to the city’s ever-changing skyline. It sits on a 2.09-acre parcel within the Kuala Lumpur Central precinct, occupying the corner of Jalan Tun Sambanthan and Jalan Travers overlooking the greater Brickfields area. 
348 Sentral comprises of a 33-storey commercial office tower, a 21-storey exclusive serviced residences, a 5-storey podium consisting of office, conference hall, retail and parking areas and 4 levels of additional basement parking.
As the project consists of 1 block of office tower, 1 block of podium and 1 block of Service Residences, the LEED Core and Shell certification applied here is only for the office tower and podium.
SHELL Malaysia will be occupying 340,000 sf at 348 Sentral’s office tower as its new corporate headquarters.
A project by GSB Sentral Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB). SHELL Malaysia has signed a 20-year lease asthe office tower’s anchor tenant. It is SHELL’s desire to achieve GOLD level for the latest version of the LEED Commercial Interiors.
